I've mentioned dinner time and the phone before, but here's another point of contention when you have teens with cell phones. Do they talk on the phone during dinner?
At our house it's simple, tell them you'll call back after dinner. As parents we try to set the example by not answering the phone during a family dinner, or leaving the room if it's really necessary. On the other hand, if it's not a family dinner and everyone is eating on their own time, well they can do what they want. The point is
that having phone conversations during a social meal is a bit rude to your companions.
What do you think? Do you care if people have phone conversations with someone else when you're sharing a meal together? Feel free to leave a comment below.
